Lead generation judged on customers, not on form fills

Whether you sell to businesses or to people, the number that counts is not how many enquiries arrived. It is how many became customers. That is almost always a smaller number than you have been shown.

Illustrative instrumentation output. The actionable leak is mid-form: 54% of people who start the form never finish it, and that step is entirely within your control.

What's included

What you actually get.

Your contract lists the work at this level of detail. Nobody argues three months later about what was included.

A written definition of a good lead

Agreed with the people who actually work the leads, whether that is your counsellors or your sales team, before we change any campaign. Most arguments about lead quality are really arguments about definitions.

Campaigns aimed at real intent

Search for people ready now. Meta for demand you have to create. LinkedIn where the deal size justifies the cost. Each one carries its own target instead of a single blended cost per lead.

Landing pages and forms built for phones

Fast on 4G, one clear action, proof near the top, and a form short enough to finish while standing in a queue. The qualifying questions filter out people who were only curious.

Speed to the first contact

A WhatsApp reply within seconds, calls routed instantly, and booking offered at the moment of interest. Reaching someone in minutes changes conversion more than any ad copy ever will.

Your CRM connected back to the ad platforms

We send the qualified, opportunity and won stages back into Google and Meta, using a time window that matches your real sales cycle. Then bidding chases customers instead of form fills.

Reports on the outcome that matters

Not leads. Appointments attended, site visits completed, admissions confirmed, jobs booked and deals opened, each measured against what it cost.

How we run it

5 stages, in this order.

The order is the method. Each stage makes what the next one needs, so we will not jump to stage three however tempting that looks.

  1. 01

    Agree what good looks like

For B2B, that means industry, company size, order volume and location. For B2C, it means the person who can actually buy, in the area you serve. We write it down and get it signed off, because everything after this depends on it.

  2. 02

    Pick the real conversion event

A booked appointment, a completed site visit, a confirmed admission, a sales-qualified deal. We measure against that instead of against form fills.

  3. 03

    Rebuild capture and follow-up

The offer, the page, the form length, the routing rules and the response time. We test each properly and judge them on customers, not on submission counts.

  4. 04

Bid for the outcome, not the enquiry

Budget moves towards the sources producing customers. Lead volume usually falls at this point. That is the intended result, and we say so in advance rather than explaining it later.

  5. 05

    Close the loop every week

Thirty minutes with the people working the leads, on which ones converted and which wasted their time. It is the cheapest feedback loop there is, and almost nobody runs it.

Who it's for

Where this work tends to pay for itself.

If your business is not on this list, tell us on the call. We are good at saying this is not your problem, and pointing at what is.

Clinics, institutes, realtors and home services

Most of our Gurugram and Delhi NCR work. Categories where the winner is whoever calls back first with something worth hearing, and where lead quality swings wildly between channels.

Manufacturers, SaaS and professional services

Longer, detail-heavy sales where one good client changes the year, and where marketing is judged on a number the sales team stopped believing.

Businesses drowning in leads nobody calls

Hundreds of enquiries a month, most never contacted. The fix here is response speed, not a bigger ad budget.

Questions

What people ask before they hire us for this.

More general questions about working together are on the FAQ page.

Why do so many of our leads never pick up the phone?

Three usual causes. The offer attracted curiosity rather than intent. The form was so easy that people filled it in carelessly. Or the first call came hours or days later. All three can be fixed, and the third is normally the biggest single gain available.

How quickly should we call a new enquiry?

Within five minutes wherever you can. Interest fades fast, and in most categories the person who enquired with you also enquired with two competitors in the same sitting. If your team cannot manage five minutes, an automatic WhatsApp reply buys you time.

Will lead volume drop if we optimise for quality?

Almost certainly, and that is the point. In most engagements the number of enquiries falls while the number of confirmed customers rises. Prepare your team for it, because a falling lead count looks alarming if nobody explained it first.

How much does a lead cost in India?

It varies hugely by category, city and what you are asking someone to commit to. A broad consumer enquiry can cost a few hundred rupees. A qualified industrial one can cost several thousand. The more useful question is what a customer costs, and that is the number we work to. We will give you a realistic range for your category on the first call.

Does LinkedIn advertising work for Indian B2B?

It works when the deal size justifies the cost, because clicks are expensive. For contracts worth lakhs it is often the most precise targeting you can buy. For cheaper products, search and content usually give you more per rupee. We will tell you which side you are on.

We already use IndiaMART. Do we still need this?

Marketplaces give you volume and very little control over quality or price, and you appear next to every competitor. Most manufacturers we work with keep the marketplace and build a direct channel beside it, so they are not renting their whole pipeline.

Do you work with seasonal businesses like admissions?

Yes, and the planning is different. We load the budget into the enquiry window, add follow-up capacity before the season rather than during it, and build the retargeting audiences in the quiet months when they are cheap.

Can you integrate with our CRM or counsellor software?

Usually yes. We work with the common CRMs and can push leads through a webhook or a Google Sheet where a system has no proper connection. Where none exists at all, our AI Automation service builds one.
