About us

A growth agency for businesses that get sold to badly.

Exponentialy started in Gurugram in 2019 with two clients, both of whom were paying for marketing nobody could explain to them. That is still the problem we are built around.

We work with clinics, institutes, realtors, home services, ecommerce brands, startups and B2B companies across India. These are businesses where one good month of enquiries changes the whole year.

How we got here

Five decisions, each made after getting it wrong first.

None of this was planned at the start. Each one is a change we made after a project went badly enough to force it.

We stay small on purpose. The people you meet do the work. Sometimes it also means the next start date is a month away.

  1. 2019

Started in Gurugram with two clients

Both were local businesses paying for marketing nobody could explain to them. Writing down what a customer costs before spending anything started with those two accounts.

  2. 2021

Stopped charging a percentage of ad spend

We had recommended a budget increase we were not sure about. Then we realised our own fee gained from that answer. Flat fees from the next contract onward.

  3. 2023

    Brought creative production in-house

Campaigns kept stalling because there was nothing new to run, and outside studios could not keep up. Shoots, editing and a creator list now sit inside the agency.

  4. 2024

Added AI automation as a service

Again and again, the biggest gain was not in the ads. It was that enquiries sat unanswered for two days. After building lead routing for the fourth client, we made it a service.

  5. 2025

Split website development into its own division

Site builds needed a different team, a different pace and a different kind of project management. They now run separately at web.exponentialy.com so this side stays focused on growth.

How we operate

Four commitments that each cost us something.

A promise that costs nothing is not really a promise. Each of these has a price attached, which is the only reason to believe we keep them.

We tell you what not to buy

Many businesses that call us need one channel done well, not a full programme. Some need to fix their pricing or their follow-up before spending another rupee on ads. We say so on the first call.

What it costs us

Smaller jobs than we could have sold, and some we talk ourselves out of completely.

Flat fees, never a share of ad spend

Taking a share of your spend pays an agency more for telling you to spend more. That includes months when spending less is the right call. A flat fee makes honest advice free to give.

What it costs us

We lose money every time the right answer is to cut the budget.

Failures get reported like wins

Tests that failed appear in the same review, in the same tone, with what we learned. An agency that only shows you wins is one you cannot learn anything from.

What it costs us

Monthly reviews that would read much better if we edited them.

Few clients, named people

We keep our client list small. The strategist and media buyer on your account are named in the contract and do the work themselves. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

What it costs us

We turn work away in busy months rather than hire in a hurry and hope.

The team

The people on the call are the people on the account.

The names and bios below are placeholders for now. The roles and who does what are accurate, and each person is named in your contract.

Placeholder Name

Founder & Growth Partner

Started Exponentialy after years of watching good businesses buy marketing they could not measure. Joins the first call for every client and writes the plan that comes out of it.

Focus: Strategy and economics

Placeholder Name

Head of Paid Media

Runs the buying across search and social. Thinks most accounts are split into too many campaigns with too little budget each, and has the test logs to prove it.

Focus: Google & Meta

Placeholder Name

SEO & Local Lead

Handles technical SEO, content planning and the Google profile work that decides whether a local business gets found. Keeps the ranking maps nobody else wants to maintain.

Focus: Organic and maps

Placeholder Name

Creative Director

Came from film production, not a brand agency. Focuses on volume, variations and the first three seconds, because that is what a feed rewards.

Focus: Video, brand and ad creative

Placeholder Name

Head of Automation

Builds the lead routing, WhatsApp flows and reporting. Refuses to automate anything that cannot be written down as a rule, which is why the builds keep working.

Focus: AI, CRM and workflows

Placeholder Name

Client Partner

Writes the Monday note, runs the monthly review, and is the person you message when something is wrong. Sits between your team and ours.

Focus: Day-to-day delivery

Fit

We tell about a third of callers not to hire us.

Sometimes the problem is not marketing at all. Maybe enquiries already arrive and sit unanswered for two days. Maybe the price is wrong, or the sales process loses people at the same point every time. More advertising just makes that cost more.

We also say no in any category and city where we already run a competing account. And we say no when the job is to make a number look better rather than move it.

That leaves businesses with something worth buying, a willingness to hear uncomfortable things, and the patience to spend the first few weeks fixing foundations rather than launching campaigns.

If you need a website rather than growth work, our web division handles that separately.

More on fit and scope

Talk to us

Find out whether we are the right agency for you.

Forty-five minutes, and an honest answer either way. If we are not a fit, or you do not need an agency yet, you will hear it on the first call rather than the third.

Or call +91 93060 49784 and email support@exponentialy.com — we reply within one working day.

What the call is

  • 01

    45 minutes, no slide deck

You talk to the person who would run the work, not a salesperson.

  • 02

    Your numbers on the table

What a customer is worth, where enquiries come from, and what you have tried.

  • 03

    A written plan afterwards

What we would fix first, and in what order. Yours to keep either way.
